Common questions

What to know before requesting a proposal

How is the service price determined?

Pricing depends on the number of cameras, service term, site access, installation, power, connectivity, support requirements and any AI or integration work. EMG confirms these factors through a site and pricing assessment.

Is installation included?

Installation is scoped for each location because access, mounting, cabling and local labour requirements vary. EMG can work with your preferred qualified installer or arrange installation support where available.

Can the cameras operate without fixed power or internet?

Optional solar, battery and remote-connectivity configurations can support suitable locations without established infrastructure. Final feasibility depends on site conditions, coverage, viewing requirements and expected operating demand.

What happens if service hardware fails?

Replacement hardware is provided for covered equipment failure during the agreed service term. Removal, reinstallation, site access and labour responsibilities are confirmed in the proposal and service agreement.

Can AI monitoring be added later?

Yes. A site can begin with livestream or time-lapse and later add AI-assisted detection, event clips, alerts or integrations. EMG first defines the operational question and validates what can be detected reliably.

What are the terms and conditions?

Replacement hardware is provided for covered equipment failure during the agreed service term. Removal, reinstallation, site access and labour responsibilities are confirmed in the proposal and service agreement. EMG terms and conditions apply.

Can the live view appear on our website or platform?

Livestreams, snapshots and selected data can be integrated into websites, portals, dashboards or other systems, subject to the agreed access, security and integration configuration.
